Adapt Education

Many organisations are seeking to offer their staff or clients recognised qualifications, units of competency or accredited courses however they do not possess the RTO status required to offer such courses. Fully outsourcing this training can be a costly exercise. Adapt Education can partner with organisations, so that recognised training can be provided in house. Adapt will take care of the scope, administrative and reporting requirements necessary under the AQTF.  You can look after the training and assessing of your staff or clients by utlising your own experienced staff. Adapt can also negotiate differing levels of involvement in the training and assessing components of the partnership.

In some cases organisations partner with us because we can build on their existing learning programs so that they align with nationally recognised units or courses, In other cases organisations partner with us because we can provide or develop all of the program materials from scratch. Partnerships are becoming more common because many industries are requiring formal ongoing professional development and 'in-house' training is no longer sufficient. Once established, partnerships enable every employee to gain a formal qualification or statement when going through standard in house training programs conducted by the employer.
